Right now, my JRP is focusing on the pro's and con's of running barefoot. A focus will be kept on the evolution of running and how running was important to early humans. Also, how running shoe markets potentially have motives to hide information about barefoot running. But right now, as I acquire my sources, my JRP is broad.

Even though it is generally unchallenged that runners must wear expensive, cushioned running shoes to avoid injury, extensive research points towards running minimalist or even barefooted as a better, evolutionarily natural choice.

Although it is common practice to wear cushioned running shoes, to most, it is actually preferable on many levels to run barefoot or minimalist, as evolution intended.

Although it is common practice to wear cushioned running shoes, there is no data that has proven the benefits of shoes, and to most, it is actually preferable on many levels to run barefoot, as evolution intended.
